Privacy policy

SalesTrackr is operated by Innloop Technologies ("we", "us"), SR Buildings, Burma Road, Kumarapuram, Medical College P.O, Trivandrum 695011, Kerala, India. This policy explains what information we collect through the salestrackr.in website and the SalesTrackr application, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — company name, your name, mobile number, email address and billing details when you create an account.
• Staff information — names and mobile numbers of the field staff your company adds to the app.
• Location data — the GPS location of a staff member's device, collected only between the time they tap "Start work" and "End work", and at the moment of each customer check-in. Location is never collected outside working hours.
• Visit data — customer names, addresses, check-in photos, visit notes and sales entered by staff.
• Technical data — device type, app version, IP address and error logs used to keep the service working.

2. How we use it

To provide the service to your company (attendance, live map, visit verification and reports), to bill you, to support you, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Employee consent and transparency

The company that creates the account is responsible for informing its staff that the app records location and visits during working hours. The app shows every staff member what is being recorded, and asks for their consent on first login.

4. Where data is stored

Data is stored on servers provided by Railway and its cloud partners, protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as your company's account is active. When an account is closed, its data is deleted within 90 days. A company administrator may request earlier deletion of any staff member's data by writing to us.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable laws in the UAE and GCC. Write to sanjayan@nishaexports.com.
