Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your SalesTrackr subscription at any time from the billing page of your dashboard, or by emailing sanjayan@nishaexports.com. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not charged again.

Monthly plans

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has started. Cancelling stops the next charge.

Yearly plans

If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of the first payment, we refund the full amount. After 30 days, we refund the unused whole months remaining in the year, less a one-month fee.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you are charged twice or for the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the difference in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7–10 working days of approval.
