Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the SalesTrackr website and application provided by Innloop Technologies. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your company.

1. The service

SalesTrackr is a subscription software service for tracking field sales attendance, customer visits and sales reports. We may add, change or remove features from time to time; we will give notice of any change that materially reduces functionality.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your company's account, including that of staff you add.

3. Lawful use

You agree to use the service only to track staff during their working hours, with their knowledge, and in compliance with employment and privacy laws in your country. You must not use the service to track anyone without a lawful basis.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed per active field employee, monthly or yearly in advance, through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend the account after notice until payment is received.

5. Free trial

New accounts receive a free trial. At the end of the trial the account continues only if a paid plan is chosen.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. See our refund and cancellation policy.

7. Data

Your company owns the data it enters. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You may export your data at any time.

8. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have jurisdiction.
